What is my size in Caracal Kimonos?
Below is a general size charts for our kimonos. Our kimonos are made from high quality fabrics, however, since the fabric is made of cotton, there is a possibility of slight shrinkage during the wash and dry cycle. A good way to limit the shrinkage is to wash your kimono in cold water and avoid the usage of a dryer.

Fitting is very important for us and making sure people get in the right size is our top priority. We recommend that you select the smaller size if your size is falling in between two different sizes.

How much do Caracal kimonos shrink?
This depends on how you care for and dry your kimono. Following our guideline on the recommended washing method mentioned above is essential.

Yes you can. Select “customize” size when selecting the desired kimono, refer to the measurement guide below and provide your desired measurements in the “order notes” on the checkout page.
How can I cancel my order?
Our process runs pretty quickly, so the time frame in which a customer can make a change or cancel an order is extremely short.

What happens if I did not receive my order?
If for some reason, you did not receive your order, please contact us via email at email@example.com. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs for all refused and undeliverable packages, as well as, packages sent to an incorrect address. In the event a customer would like to reship his/her returned or undeliverable package, customers will be responsible for reshipping charges and applicable fees.
